Learn to build your own stained glass projects in our beginning to intermediate
stained glass class. Our highly qualified instructors will provide you
with the skilled instruction you need to learn to build windows, lamps,
boxes, clocks, mirrors, gifts and much more! Our students build two complete
projects-one in the Tiffany-style copper foil method and one in the traditional
lead came technique.
While our stained glass classes are designed mainly for beginners, we
do welcome students who are looking for a refresher course or wishing
to do more advanced projects. Individual help will be given as needed.
Our instructors are all highly qualified. All instructors have worked
professionally in stained glass and have their own studios. Altogether,
they have done literally thousands of stained glass projects. Their skills
and tricks of the trade will be happily passed on to you.
A steel wheel glass cutter and practice glass are provided for
the first class—a $15.00 value! A student card will be given
each student the first night of class that is good for 10% off retail
for all purchases during the 7 week class session (excludes kilns).
Class fee does not include project materials.
In addition to instruction on the copper foil and leaded technique
of stained glass, we also teach about wood framing for your projects
and glass etching. Class fee includes full use of our large air-conditioned
class studio including grinders, soldering irons, framing equipment,
and hand tools. Our classroom is available 7 days a week during
normal business hours. Some project storage space is available on
a limited basis for current students.
