This carbide wheel cutter scores the glass with the wheel in a fixed position, or with a simple half turn will place

the pin in the swivel position to provide head control for straight cuts and curves. The head and axle are hardened

steel to prevent wear. It gradually releases oil while cutting, has an anti-roll feature, and a tapping ball.
