This cutter is designed for maximum contro

and minimum hand and finger fatigue. It

utilizes the original Toyo whee

which is self-oiling . The barre

contains the oil and should be filled with a

ight weight cutting oil. Remove the knurled

brass cap and fill the barrel 2/3 full. Re-

place the cap and tighten. The grip design

accommodates both “push” and “pull” scoring

techniques.
