Specialty Diamond Grinding Heads

Glastar uses a unique diamond-bonding process that literally fuses the diamond particles to the grinding heads. The PBS® System eliminates "peeling." The diamonds are permanently bonded to the head with controlled spacing of the particles making it easier to cool while creating more cutting edges on each particle.

Glastar heads are available in three grit sizes:
 - Standard grit for every day grinding
 - Fine grit for smoother finish
 - Coarse grit used for rapid grinding

* Available in a 1" head for G3, G4, G6, G8, Twinspin, Wizard Plus, and Impulse grinders.

* Available in a 3/4" head for G3, G4, G7, G12, G14, Wizling CG, Wiz CG, Aero grinders

* Available in a 5/8" heads for the G5 grinder

* Available in 1/4" and 1/8" heads for G8, G6, G5 grinders and with an adapter for G7, G4, G3 and all Inland grinders. These heads can also be used to grind holes in 1/8" glass.
