Merchandise OrdersNo minimum order. Because of the fluctuating market, our prices are subject
to change without notice. All glass, lead, zinc, brass, copper came, books,
and pattern sales are final - other returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
Phone and mail orders gladly accepted. All prices are F.O.B.
Cline Glass Co., Portland, OR. (you pay all of the freight from Cline
Glass to you). All shipments will be invoiced at current prevailing prices.
Telephone service is available for Visa, Discover, and Master Card - just
phone our order desk. PAYMENT TERMSOn all orders being shipped for materials, unless prior terms have been
made, the order will be sent C.O.D.
C.O.D. charges can be avoided
by sending a check or money order in as payment. C.O.D.
charges can also be avoided if payment is made with your Visa, Master
Card or Discover credit card. Please include the expiration date of the
card when ordering. All orders being shipped outside the continental United
States must be prepaid. SHIPPINGMaterials can be shipped by UPS, Motor Freight, or Parcel Post. Shipments
under 70 lbs. and less than 130 inches in width and girth can generally
be shipped cheaper by UPS. All shipments, whether UPS or Postal, are sent
insured at customers expense. Truck shipments are sent freight collect.
All truck shipments must be prepaid before shipping. SHORTAGES-RETURNSWhen we ship mail orders, the orders are double checked to insure that
all materials as requested are included. However, mistakes do occur and
possibly some items may have been overlooked and not shipped. Please notify
us at once. A delay of more than 2 to 3 days will make it impossible to
verify whether or not the items were included. Also, double check your
count of the items to be sure they are not mixed in with the packaging
material. No returns on merchandise without prior authorization. 15%
restocking charge. DAMAGESIf an order is shipped by motor freight and it arrives damaged, it is
your responsibility to file a freight claim. If you notice it is damaged
at the time of receiving the goods, make note of this on the bill of lading.
After this, file a freight claim. If the goods were shipped by UPS and
there is damage in the shipment notify UPS and Cline Glass immediately.
We will file the freight claim only if we are notified at once. |
